Critter
Shane somehow talked his mother into buying him a tarantula when he was in sixth grade. Meet Critter, 15 years later. While Shane was staying with his parents in Utah for Tyler and Emily's reception, he got out Critter to play with the boys. Critter is only taken out of her aquarium once every year or so as far as I know. Critter pooped on Shane. How sweet.

There's no place like home!
Enthusiam for being in his own space fueled Carter's day. He ran around, happy to be back on his own turf after our ten day adventure away from home (wearing his awesome new Spiderman shirt of course). He even shared with the camera his brand new trick -- headstand! He especially loves when we peek through his legs at him while he tries it out. But wait...is that the suitcase he went to for moral support when he got too tired to play anymore? Oh boy, we have been gone too long.

CJ and Lukey's Excellent Adventure
Cousin. Parter in crime. Accomplice. Buddy. For Carter, Luke equals all of the above. CJ had pretty much the greatest time with Luke. They wandered around Chad and Nicole's new home the entire day finding and getting into mischief together. Let's just say Luke is a very good teacher! Oh, and yes, that is my son carrying around a hot pink boa found in Mikelle's room. However, you'll see it's Chad's son that is tromping around in his mother's high-heels!

Tyler & Emily's Wedding Day
We were glad to be in California when Shane's brother Tyler was married in the Redlands temple. Shane was Tyler's best man. Carter looked especially handsome in his tuxedo pants, shiny new black shoes, white shirt, vest, and bow tie! Click here for a link to the Shutterfly album of our favorite photos taken that day.
