Adoption Insights: Understanding

If you haven't yourself been faced with the inability to bring children biologically into your family, you probably know of someone else who has. This article is particularly well-written and explains briefly how your friends and family members facing these struggles might feel, and how you can be more sensitive to them. I highly recommend it as we have been both asked and told some very hurtful things by well-meaning people who just did not understand our situation. It will only take a couple short minutes to read it and you might learn a lot!

If you have a little more time, this more in-depth article on infertility etiquette is excellent!

Remember: Knowledge is power! ;)

that was a nice little bit to read. i have a friend that i work with in young women's and they have been struggling with infertility and have been trying all their options trying to conceive. i see it in her face on a weekly, sometimes more, basis of how difficult it is to be surrounded by people that so easily make babies, and think nothing of it. when it truly is an amazing miracle and gift from God. i pray that you will continue to have patience and determination to make it through as many adoption processes as you want!! your family is amazing! and you're and example to many! much love! thank you for helping others learn a gentler approach to adoption and infertility questions!!!
