"We wait for things which, at the time, may appear so right, and so good to us, that we can't possibly imagine why Heavenly Father would delay the answer."
Waiting is one of the most difficult parts of the adoption process. Some great counsel on waiting, and learning patience in the process, is available in this talk by President Dieter F. Uchtdorf.
The audio for the talk is available here. (Right click and select "Save Target As" to download the mp3. Put it on your iPod!)

I think the stain on the bum of his sweat suit is adorable. Hahaha!! What a cute little boy.
Okay, just for the record, it's not a stain on his bottom, it's just wet because he thought it was fun to just sit in that little tiny space left in the storage shed while Shane was getting some stuff out of there. Shane thought it was funny, so he was actually trying to take a picture of Carter sitting smooshed in there and he stood up all of the sudden and walked in there. The floor inside the unit was just a little wet.
SO CUTE!
So I wanna hear your honeymoon story! You should post your answers to those questions on your blog! I'd be interested in reading your story! :)
I love the sweat suit!
OH SO CUTE...as always!
