Carter Says...

Parental Disclaimer: Please forgive our sweet, innocent toddler for his "flippant" behavior near the end of the clip. We are not teaching him to do this sort of thing by example. He was not doing it on purpose. He's merely showing me his fingers as asked. Also, you may think I am a mean mom because Carter freaks out a bit when he gets tired of me asking him to say things. I am not especially mean, he was just very tired and therefore very impatient with my demand for his performance. Please do not think I am a mean mother. :) With that said, please enjoy hearing just a few of the words and sounds in Carter's rapidly expanding vocabulary!

The pirate was THE BEST! So cute! He says so much! I can't believe how big our kids are getting! I loved when he flipped off the camera...that was pretty fabulous! Hailey did that in the ultrasound!

Cute! Thanks for sharing! That's so much fun to see. Is time just flying by now that you have a little one? It totally is for me.

that was SO cute! and the pirate was my favorite from Carter and the 'oh life is tough' was my favorite from you! hee hee

I remember Madeline used to start most of her words with an F. So instead of TRuck she would leave off the TR and put in an F. same with sock. she'd leave off the S and put in an F. so it kind of sounded like she was saying a bad word. sometimes she would stand at our window (in our apt. 2nd floor) and every time she'd see a truck go by she'd yell Truck! really loud (but with the F instead of the tr)

man people must have thought I taught my kid bad words!!!

carter is REALLY cute!

I don't think that was much of a tantrum....if you came to my house, I could show you a lot worse. He is really good at talking. Trey has finally started to say a few words.
