While we were in Utah, we were glad to visit with Carter's birth family for an afternoon at the park. I'm not really posting pictures of them because I try to respect their privacy, but here are a few for you that I think are cute.
This is Shane's sister, Kim, and one of her two boys. We were glad to have them join us at the park. We love Carter's birth family and were excited for more of our family to be able to meet them. Mr. Everton was just being his cute, mellow, little self!

But this is the one that absolutely melts my heart. This is Carter giving his birth momma loves before she had to leave. He is always sweet with her and we love sharing a day with her every now and then when we have the chance.

That is so great that she's still in his life and can see him grow up. You guys are such great parents to Carter.
