I just found this picture and it's made me begin to cry. I didn't realize Shane had taken a picture of the drawing he made on Carter's Magna Doodle a month ago (can you tell I'm holding a little baby bundle in the drawing?). One month ago today, we were so excited -- no, ECSTATIC -- for our coming addition. We felt so good about it all and even told each other we felt like it was all too good to be true. Bittersweet
I just found this picture and it's made me begin to cry. That picture is so sweet. You do need to cry. But...keep this picture for when you are choosen again by a different sweet birthmother.
Your time will come. Just try and focus on getting better. Carter needs you to be 100%. I love you and miss you!

I'm sorry Megan. That picture was not what you were expecting. You have been through the ringer. You must be so very refined after so much of the refiner's fire.
