We had a great time at the annual ward trunk-or-treat and Halloween party at church. Carter got to have his face painted, win a cupcake on the cake walk, go through the spook alley with dad, participate in the donut-on-a-string contest, and many other festivities! Then there was the traditional costume parade and the trunk-or-treat.

I love seeing all the cotumes more talented mothers come up with for their kids (cough*Kristi P.*cough). I went the easiest route possible this year and was fine with it, but might need to start getting more fancy when Carter can start telling me what he actually wants to be. Luckily, this year he didn't seem to mind what I chose. Besides, he needed some new PJs!
And speaking of costumes, I was a cat...

Thanks to my rockin' mom who taught me young how to rat my hair properly. And I can't believe I am posting this incredibly unflattering picture of myself, but it is exclusively for my favorite sister. I hope she fully appreciates it.
To my dearest Marci, MEEE-OW!

I LOVE YOUR COSTUME!! Kudos to you for still dressing up! I wish I did, but can't find it in me to find a costume each year I'd be seen in...maybe someday!! P.S. I'm sure Marci LOVED it!
