Rain boots, puppy pajamas, and monkey "backpack"

I was busy packing for Mexico today and Carter kept busy by playing dress-up. He was thrilled when I got out his yellow rain roots and monkey (leash) "backpack." He insisted on wearing them the rest of the morning.
